Definitions

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Payment

Payment is due when an order is placed. If payment is declined or not received, the order will not be completed or shipped. We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before fulfillment or shipment begins. Because we process orders quickly, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

After an order has shipped, any return or refund will be handled according to our Refund Policy.

Billing and Order Information

You agree to provide complete and accurate billing, payment, contact, and shipping information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, pricing errors, or inaccurate information.

Responsible Product Use

Customers are responsible for reviewing and following all directions, warnings, ingredients, and serving information on the product packaging. AltaHoney products are intended for adults aged 18 and older.

Nothing in these Billing Terms excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Billing Terms from time to time. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the current Billing Terms, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

These Billing Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable laws of the United States.
