Shipping Policy

AltaHoney orders placed earlier in the day will generally ship the same business day. Orders placed later in the day, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next available business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

All AltaHoney orders are shipped in discreet outer packaging. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. AltaHoney is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect address.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within seven days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs.
